Mount St House

This family home was built on a thin steep site and has views to Tasman Bay over Nelson. The brief was to create a 4-bedroom contemporary home and to optimise views to Tasman Bay. The challenging site meant we overcoming factors such as vehicle access, daylight and setback rules.
